Benzalkonium Chloride	Preservative/Antiseptic	No	A quaternary ammonium preservative used in ophthalmic drops, nasal sprays, and topical formulations. Can cause eye irritation with prolonged use in eye drops.
Glycerin	Humectant/Solvent	No	A sugar alcohol that attracts moisture. Used as a humectant, solvent, and sweetener in many oral and topical medications. Generally well tolerated.
